The days guides participants through understanding the difference between digitalization of youth work and digital youth work through experiential discovery, starting with an interactive check-in and two parallel group explorations.
Warm up activity included discussion about internet slang that youth is using on-line.

Next task was that each group, through guided questions, uncovers core principles of either internal digital transformation or youth-facing digital practice, later presenting insights to discuss the two concepts.
The day continues with through rotating presentations of best practices. Partner organisation Pokret gorana Vojvodine, Cazalla intercultural and FITT presented their practices of digital youth work.
Some of the examples:
- Fitt digital arts laboratory
- discord platform as tool for creating a digital youth club

Afternoon was reserved for strategy building: defining organisational challenges, mapping current digital readiness, engaging stakeholders, forming strategic goals, and identifying priority areas for digitalisation.
