Day 3 overview

The day started with discovering practical tools for youth work and project management.
Participants got a chance to share the assessment of their current state of digitalisation within their organisations and SMART objectives set for their strategies.
Exploring digital tools in groups, mainly focusing on:
Communication and teamwork
Monitoring and evaluation
Digital youthwork
Writing applications and project management



Second part of the morning it was time to for a digital detox. The focus was on Digital wellbeing, with organised walk & talk around Sremski Karlovci. Participants found out about the history of the town and the youth interventions in the local community. Along the way they discussed topics such as screen time boundaries, their on line availability, digital habits and more.
Afternoon was reserved for continuation of the digital strategies. First task was to choose tools, technologies and platform and to evaluate them through various criteria:

• Accessibility to young people
• Costs (initial + long-term)
• Data security & GDPR compliance
• Usability for staff
• Compatibility with existing systems
• Sustainability

Second task was to develop the action plan, focusing on
• Actions / activities
• Timeframe
• Responsible persons
• Needed resources
• KPIs (indicators)
• Expected results

This badge is issued for participants of Training course on digital transformation and digital youth work, which took place in Serbia on the 15-20 November 2025.

I earned this badge by participating on the third day of the training course, which explored differend tools and platform for digital youth work. I understood the concept of digital wellbeing. I am able to create a digital strategy for my organiation.

The badge is issued in cooperation with project partners: Zavod Za Podjetnistvo, Turizem In Mladino Brezice, Slovenia/ Asociacion Cazalla-Intercultural, Spain/ Fundația Județeană pentru Tineret Timiș, Romania/ Pokret gorana Vojvodine, Serbia/ Awero, Lithuania.
