Cooperation Partnership “LearnINN” Training course on transformation in digital youth work
Call for Participants
20 youth workers (4 people per partner) are invited to take part in the international
training course, which aims to increase competences on digital transformation in youth
work!
What can you expect?
- Space to try out various digital tools for youth work
- Understanding the digital transformation in youth work
- Development of innovative digital youth work activities in their local communities
- How to use innovative digital tools to transform residential activities into online ones
- Increased knowledge and skills in planning and implementing digital transformation
- strategies and actions in their organisations
Who is invited?
- Staff from partner’s organisations or their local partners (Zavod Za Podjetnistvo, Turizem In Mladino Brezice, Slovenia/ Asociacion Cazalla-Intercultural, Spain/ Fundația Județeană pentru Tineret Timiș, Romania/ Awero, Lithuania)
- People who will take part in organising local trainings on digital youth work after the TC
- Interested in the topics of digitalisation of youth work and digital transformation of their
- residential acitviites into the digital world
- At least basic facilitation skills
- Able to communicate in English
About the programme
Arrival on the 15th before 19:00 (ideally)
Departure on the 20th, any time
Detailed program will be sent out to participants who are selected
Be prepared to allocate 2-4h of your time to do preparation tasks for the training.

Venue of the training
The venue for the training will be Eco Center Radulovački, Sremski Karlovci
(Mitropolita Stratimirovića 5), the only youth center in Serbia with the Quality
Label for Youth Centers from the Council of Europe.

Participate in the training, receive badges for specific sessions and achievements and get the badge from the course trainers.
