The badge earner explored how they can empower young people to gain valuable experiences and develop their skills and capacities through managing project resources.
To earn this badge, a youth worker:
- Proposed ideas for methods and activities to support young people's skills and capacities development during specific project phases.
Activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for youth workers to work internationally.
