Resource Management Strategist
This badge is issued to participants who developed and presented a resource co-management strategy for a project or organisation. The badge recognises the ability to plan, raise, and manage human, material, and financial resources in a structured way, while actively involving young people in the process. Earners of this badge demonstrated teamwork, creativity, and strategic thinking in designing approaches that ensure efficient resource management and youth engagement.
This activity supports the development of youth workers' competence in the "Managing Resources" area. The activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for youth workers to work internationally.
